Gee loved to cook. Jay loved to eat.

‘More heat’ was Jay’s common (and loud) response to most of Gee’s cooking, so he started playing around with different combinations of spices and aromatics. The result was a chilli oil with the perfect hit of spice and toastiness. Jay put it on everything - noodles, stir fries, toast, dumplings, pasta, cheeseboards and curries, she even cooked popcorn in it. Each new batch seemed to disappear quicker than the last.

After sharing with family and friends who loved it as much as they did, Gee and Jay put their heads together and decided to share it even further. LOUDER speaks to their love (and volume) of spice, heat, food and family.
